Participation Process

1. The promotion is open to residents of Great Britain and the Isle of Man only, excluding employees and their families of Coca-Cola Great Britain, Coca-Cola Enterprises Limited, their agencies or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.
2. Participants must be 12 years or over. Participants under 16 years will require parental consent.
3. Free ringtones will be available to download from 15/03/2010 until midnight on 30/06/2010.
4. Participation in the promotion is via mobile only, using the unique 9 digit codes found on promotional 330ml and 500ml packs of 'Dr Pepper', and 'Dr Pepper Zero'.
5. Text your 9-digit code to 85808. Participation is free to the consumer but standard data charges may be applied for downloading the ringtone from your network operator. Please check with your network operator. Please ensure you have the permission of the person who pays the mobile bill before entering a code via text.
6. All valid codes entered will receive a randomly selected ringtone via WAP push. Users will need to click on the link to download their content.
7. All codes entered from 01/07/2010 until midnight on 31/07/2010 inclusive will be entered into the bonus draw on 02/08/2010.

Codes

8. Codes can be found on the following promotional packs:
   1. 330ml single packs of Dr Pepper
   2. 500ml single packs of Dr Pepper and Dr Pepper Zero
9. Codes are located on promotional packs:
   1. Printed on the underside of the ringpull on 330ml cans.
   2. Printed on reverse of label on 500ml bottles.
10. Only valid codes will be accepted. All codes are subject to verification. Other manufacturer's references or printing errors do not constitute codes. Each valid code can only be entered once and can be redeemed for one free Dr Pepper ringtone.
11. If you are unable to read your pack code, or it is incomplete, please call the consumer helpline on 0800 227711.

12. The ringtone you receive will be allocated at random, and for every code entered by midnight on 30/06/2010 you will receive a different ringtone, up to the maximum of the 20 available.
13. There are no restrictions to the number of times a person can enter individual codes during the promotional period.
14. All ringtones will be sent to entrants within 48 hours of entering a valid code.

Bonus Prize Draw

15. All entries received between 01/07/10 and 31/07/2010 (inclusive) will be entered into the bonus prize draw.
16. The bonus prize draw will take place on 02/08/10 under independent supervision. 100 winners will be randomly selected by the promoter and each winner will receive a ringtone selected by the promoter from the original 20 ringtones.
17. Bonus prize draw winners will be notified by SMS to the mobile number used to enter the draw. A WAP push link to their winning ringtone will be sent within 48 hours of SMS notification.
18. In the event of an entrant's mobile number changing or the mobile phone being lost, stolen or damaged, the Promoter is not able to retrieve and amend any existing entries to a new mobile number.

General

19. Proof of texting is not proof of receipt of code entry.
20. Limitations of liability. Neither the Promoter nor the promotional parties assume any responsibility or liability for:
    1. Any incorrect or inaccurate code entry, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions.
    2. Any unauthorised access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of codes at any point in the operation of this promotion.
    3. Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion.
    4. Any defects or quality issues with any ringtone.
21. Regretfully, we cannot be held responsible for the failure to fulfil the obligations of any third parties involved in this promotion, although we will always endeavour to minimise the effect to the participant of any such failure.
22. Participation instructions form part of the Terms and Conditions. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions will result in a forfeit of the reward.
23. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time where reasonably required.
24. The Promoter's decision is final and binding in all matters to do with the promotion and no correspondence will be entered into.
